Period after having a eptic pregnancy .

When did anyone that have had a eptic pregnancy get there period . It’s been about 3 weeks since I had a eptic pregnancy and I’m so scared that I’m going to have a bad bleed this month . Coz of the pregnancy or when did it go back to normal . Xx
