We live in an owned condo building, but we are renting from the owner. We just got a note from our downstairs neighbor, and it seems that when we run our tub, the pipes are leaking in to his bathroom ceiling and causing damage. The homeowners association should take care of it, but it likely requires our tub to be ripped out so that they can assess the damage. 😖🙃😫 Baby is due in 16 days... of course this would happen now!
