ORAJEL

Is this safe to use? I’ve heard conflicting things and I forgot to ask his doc recently and I don’t want to bother my doctor over it. My 3 1/2 month old is cutting 6 (yes, 6 as told to me by his doc) teeth and he’s miserable. I have every single toy and teething device out there and they help but he’s not sleeping and DAMN I am SO TIRED and I’m sure he is too!! Help! Can I use this stuff. I read an article about a kid dying from using the nighttime orajel so I’m freaked out.
