Cramping and worried 😓

I’ve been cramping for about 30minutes now, more than normal pregnancy cramps and I’m starting to really worry...

Last Wed the 13th, we went for my first ultrasound to see what should have been our 10wk old baby.. but the vaginal and transvaginal only showed a sac, and no baby.. We have another sono scheduled for this wk and are waiting for HCg level results, but I’m scared something may happen before we even get any more tests or results😪 I have not bled or seen any signs of a miscarriage but I just had to pee and I was terrified I was going to see blood but there was none.. I am a wreck right now 😢
