2nd Day knowingly pregnant..
Strange I woke up and totally forgot I am pregnant 🤭 Still in shock and processing what’s ahead 100% excited, however still feels unreal- i’m about 4w4days and still need to see GP .Dying to tell my parents but going to try and hold out 🤗
