Look up the SMEP plan on google. That’s what we did this past month. You BD every other day until you get a pos opk , then BD every day for 3-4 days. Worked for us.

I bd 3 times this month & I got my bfp for the first time since my miscarriage in jan. Wasn’t trying, and that’s when I conceived. I really recommend to just let it happen st least 1 month and see how it goes. Works for so many women!!
