Trigger to some people

Trigger : not really

So had my actual ultrasound today . They told me baby is 7 weeks exactly . Last week st the er I was told 8 weeks but they didn’t measure baby and just went my by hcg levels. The next day at my ob I got an abdominal ultrasound and they said 6 weeks to 6 weeks and 3 days. Now told I get told 7 weeks but baby looks healthy and heart rate is 160 . Idk if I should even be happy.. he told me my due date is February 7th but if I’m 7 weeks then it would be February 4th .. idk what to do. Babies healthy but I’m just so sad . Probably the hormones 😞here’s a pic of exactly a week ago and then this week on the same day. Does baby look bigger in the second to you?
