I drink 2 cups of coffee everyday...did the same thing when I was pregnant with my son. 1st, 2nd, 3rd and while nursing. No effects. Just makes momma happy. My son was 8lbs 12oz when born so I don’t think it effected him at all lol

I've reduced my caffeine intake whilst TTC. now I'm pregnant I don't touch it. Each to their own but in my opinion its better to avoid it completely. Heightens your heart rate which obviously affects the baby. Caffeine is a drug. If you seriously want the best one cup of instant at the most daily. I'd stay away from the proper filtered coffee as its much stronger. All those saying its fine I'm not saying their wrong its true everything in moderation I just think if you can avoid it do.

I drink the allowed 200mg a day. I’ve had friends who didn’t track it and just had it when they wanted it with no issues. I drank a lot of coffee pre-pregnancy so I thought it was best to monitor myself lol.
