What weird things are you hearing from people???

So lately I have heard some of the strangest things from people...some borderline rude haha. Two of the most recent ones are that I look big for being due in October....pic for reference. Um, kinda rude...but also I am a really thin person naturally and due to my forward tilting uterus I started showing right away.  So yes, proportionately speaking I probably look like I have a big ole belly for 5 months, however I am perfectly on track for size and weight lmao. I was kinda shocked so all I could say was "oh well, everyone carries differently"....
Second weird thing was a girl asked me this past weekend if I was having a C-section. I was like, um no not planning on it. She goes, well I just know people with narrow hips have to have a C-section. I just responded that it was a little too early to plan something like that, and let it go. I was so shocked that I just felt like crawling in a hole...like geez sorry my hips don't meet YOUR idea of child-bearing size, haha. 
What are the weird things you're hearing??? How are you responding to them???? Curious to hear any responses I can borrow 😉😜😂

I don't think your bump looks particularly big.
And the width of the hips says nothing about how easy you will give birth. My mother is very short and has very narrow hips and have birth to a big baby. The birth was quick and without any problems ☺.

My mom has this weird idea in her head that I’m going to need a c-section because I have narrow hips. Like, come on. Narrow hips pre-pregnancy has nothing to do with the size of the birth canal. It’s so annoying that she keeps insisting that I can’t have a natural birth, when she has no idea what she’s talking about. 
Also, my in-laws are so weirded out by the idea of a doula (they’re from the former USSR, I guess doulas weren’t a thing there).

Literally was just talking to my husband about the same thing this morning. Guy at work said man your growing fast, when are you do again?  I told him October, and he said wow really?!  Implying I looked like I was do sooner.  😑

Had so many comments...
People seem to genuinely have no idea what someone who is full term actually looks like. 
I’m 22 weeks & my bump is all baby! Haven’t put on a pound yet. 
It’s just rude but these people that makes comments are just out of touch & rude. 
I’m so happy to have a healthy baby for in there! 💛

Some bitch at work said ‘wow you’re getting really fat now’ ... she doesn’t like me and I know she worded it in a way to piss me off.

Some people who barely know me have asked if we were trying or not when we got pregnant.  I think maybe they ask because we’re not married? A) it’s no one’s business B) yes, we were trying even though we’re not married.  
It’s 2018. We are in a wonderful and loving, committed relationship and own two homes together. Marriage just isn’t important to us.

A lady I work with babies me to the point of it being ridiculous. I’m a manager at a retail store so there is some climbing (step stools) and I never lift anything heavy ever. But she seriously acts like I can’t move a finger “want me to carry that?” “Want me to get you something from up high?” “Don’t do that you’ll hurt the baby!” It’s beyond annoying. I just tell her I’ll let her know if it’s something I can’t do and proceed to doing it. 
She also says I’m spoiled for whatever reason (I’m not) and basically made me feel like I was gonna be a bad mom. I’ve pretty much just been ignoring her for weeks

the one that bothered me most, (now keep in mind I'm heavier set to begin with, not too much above average but I have some cushion) and was put in bedrest due to short cervix and wayyyyy to early contractions ect. anyway, someone had asked how my pregnancy was going and I said "oh it's been an adventure, I'm on bedrest" .... she responded with "don't be worried, a lot of bigger girls get put on bedrest if their weight becomes an issue"... I was quite shocked because I actually have only gained a couple of pounds so far..

Yeah that’s been the most annoying thing for me during the pregnancy. I’ve been limping a lot because I’m having knee pain and all I’ve been hearing is “ oh my you have a way to go already to be limping like that”!!! Ughh okay 🙄
