Panorama Natera NIPT Testing

I’m 8 weeks pregnant and my OB has suggested this genetic testing for our next appointment at 11 weeks. (I’m not high risk)

Feeling discouraged today because my insurance gave me a price of $650 for the basic test. Does anyone know the difference between the basic and extended test?

I’ve seen other threads from years ago that say they were able to negotiate the price down with Natera themselves but I don’t see how that’s possible? Has anyone had experience with this?
