I can feel a lump?

the last couple of mornings lying flat on my back I can feel a slightly hard lump above my pubic bone. I'm only just 10 weeks and I thought you couldnt feel the uterus outside the pelvis until at least 12 weeks. I'm terrified it's twins - I'm sure of my last period date and I've already adjusted my dates because I know I ovulated early. Anyone else? Thoughts?

Im 10 weeks and at my 9 week app my uterus was up to my hip bones. Your body may just know what its doing.

At 10 weeks it’s starting to move more forward you should be able to feel it at 10 weeks. That’s normal 😊

Thanks ladies. It's about half way up to my belly button now. Really hope it's just normal!
