NEED SOME HOPE. ANYONE HAD A SUCCESSFUL PREGNANCY THIS WAY???

So I went in for a blood test at 4 weeks and had an HCG level of 35 and progesterone 4.4. I had a previous miscarriage due to low progesterone so I assumed my Dr would immediately give me supplement. Instead he sends me for more blood test. He doesn't check my HCG this time so I have no idea if it's doubling and my progesterone comes back at 4.9. Again I expect to be given supplements. He messages me over the weekend saying he refuses to give me supplements because he thinks such low progesterone is likely to result in a miscarriage anyway and if I'm not bleeding by Monday to call and he will order yet again another blood test. I haven't been able to get ahold of his office today to get him to order the next blood test but I'm so frustrated. I have a refill for progesterone supplements from my last pregnancy and I'm wondering if I should go to the pharmacy and get them to try to give myself a shot at a successful pregnancy. I'm so frustrated that I feel like my doctor is just looking at it as a lost cause. Has anyone ever been through something like this and if so what was the outcome?
