what does it mean when they say everything has to line up in order to get pregnant..???

So there really isn't nothing we can do in order to better our chances or make it happen?? We just need to have sex every other day and hope it's our cycle to conceive ??

It means you have to have sex at he right time and your PH in your vagina has to be optimal so the sperm can live. So if you have normal cycles and fertile cervical fluid, you want to time sex so the sperm are already up in your Fallopian tubes waiting for your egg to release so they can fertilize it as soon as it is released. But every month there is only a 20% chance of all of those things lining up properly; less if you have underlying issues.
