Does anyone take evening primrose oil; and if so could you share your experience

Accidentally took it once an entire cycle. Cramped so bad from ovulation to my period I was sure I was pregnant. Only take it before ovulation. And ease into it. If you don’t let your body adjust you’ll get diarrhea 😬

I've been taking it for about 6 months. I started it to lessen my PMS symptoms, which it does do. It has not helped me get a BFP though, and I'm in my eighth cycle TTC
