How often to have sex during fertile window to increase chances of conception?

I’ve read that sex every other night allows for the most successful sperm...but I’m worried that I’ll miss the timing!

i did twice a day during fertile window i was afraid of missing it and ended up pregnant. im sure daily or every other day is effective but i dont think more equals less effective

We were using withdrawal and we got too hot ONE night a few days before ovulation and got pregnant. 
And we also had sex every single day from CD 7-16 and got pregnant. So just make sure to get it done

I had sex maybe once my entire fertile window and got pregnant so i would say every other day for healthier sperm? Plus sperm can live for up to 5 days once inside you and you have 24-36 hours after a positive ovulation test.
