Period proof swimwear???

I’m amazed, I just found a brand called pantyprop that sells cute swimwear for girls and women that claims to be period proof, that you can wear it alone swimming on your period...what a game changer, has anyone else heard of this?? Wish I had it when I first started

i wouldnt trust it tbh. id rather just wear my cup. liquids move very easily through water

It claims to stay smooth, not bulky, and not leak or shift around. I don’t understand either, but the optimist in me wants to believe it works

I don't understand how this could work. Not saying it's impossible, but doesn't sound practical, if it absorbs liquid isn't it going to swell up like a diaper when wet? I can't wear a tampon and swim, have yet to try a cup but it's next on my list, period proof undies are way down on the probably wouldn't bother list.
