Wondering if I should go to the ER.....

I am 20 weeks pregnant and am having a really bad/intense pain in my side on the right. Around the area where my appendix/gal bladder should be. It’s a deep pain and very intense. Especially when I stand up and try to walk. Hurts so bad that I can barely walk. It also hurt that area to pee.. as I was peeing I got a sharp pain in that area. I’m suppose to be driving 10 hours tomorrow to Texas (my home) and wondering if I should go to the ER now in case this is serious??? I’ve been kind of lightly cramping in my pelvic area and that area (where my appendix/gal bladder is) has been very painful all day. The only time it doesn’t hurt is when I don’t move and just sit still. I’m noticing that it hurts more when I’m holding my pee. It adds more pressure there. But even without the need to pee, it still hurts.
