Are your breasts round or conical?(when nipples are normal)

My breasts seems to have more of a conical shape I feel like I look disgusting, I don’t wanted to see how common or uncommon it was. My breasts aren’t Tubular they just have more of a cone shape

I misread this as comical ha. Mine used to be perfectly round but two pregnancies and breastfeeding have turned them into what this graph calls "East and West." I was self-conscious about them when they first changed. But there are many different boob shapes and all boobs are beautiful.

I used to feel like that too. When I was a little older I was self conscious and some guys were like “why?” So it made me feel a little better about it.
