No judgement please

I am 12+3. I have still been unsuccessful in quitting smoking. I know it is selfish and I feel so extremely guilty. Not sure why I have not been able to quit for my child. Anyone else still struggling to quit? Anyone have any suggestions on quitting? I am to the point where I have been googling scary images to try to scare myself into quitting. PLEASE HELP!!!
