Withholding Sex???

So my boyfriend and I have been together for almost 2 years now and lately whenever he is mad at me for something he will withhold sex from me. I love having sex and giving him pleasure but now it’s like he’s taking all the fun out of it because he’s angry with me over some petty stuff and won’t have sex with me because of it.

He wants me to agree with him and say I’m sorry and everything is my fault before he’ll do anything with me. I feel like this is wrong of him to do.

I’m 23 and he is 28. We have two beautiful children and another on the way I’m 12 weeks pregnant. Is it right for him to be withholding sex because he is mad?
