I think I have something😳

So I’m 17 and I’ve been sexually active for about a year (my family doesn’t know) currently I’m in a different state visiting my dad for a month and I started to realize that the opening of my vagina is itchy and now it feels like there’s like a type of “growth” I guess in the opening. Idk what to do I’m taking acv baths (apple cider vinegar) to see if it helps but I’m kinda scared because what if it’s not a yeast infection and idk what to do. I don’t go back home until July 17. Yet again my family doesnt know I’m sexually active and I’m scared I might have something. I have normal discharge but like I said it’s itchy and kinda feels like something is there😕
