Have any mammas out there used  hypnobirthing durring their delivery? Came across a great TedTalk today and now am intrested in incorporating it into my labor.

It’s amazing and I highly recommend it. Amazon has a home study course that has mp3 you can download and practice. Plus get the book and read it.
