Okay so theirs this guy I work with and we like each other but he wants to wait til I turn 18 to be together so it’s legal and he wants my parents consent which I’m cool with but in the mean time he’s fwb with my friend whose also my boss and she kinda likes him to but he doesn’t have those feelings for her and I don’t know how or if I should tell her. She’s an amazing person and I don’t wanna hurt her. So can I get some advice?
