Ok I need to get this off of my chest at least once. I honest to god think I have anxiety. Now about depression, I don’t really know. I think it’s just hormones but I dunno. I just have a question for people who (more preferably humans that still have to ask their guardian to go places and they have to drive you there) talk to therapists. Like, how do you easily openly talk to another person face to face about how you feel inside and what goes through your head everyday. Just thinking about it scares me. Another thing is that do any of you find it easier to talk about your anxiety than talking about your depression? I would like to know if I’m just some weird preteen that can’t talk or if I’m at least a tiny bit normal.
