Woke up to blood 💔
Woke up this morning to what looks like my period. Took a test Friday and yesterday and I was pregnant. Not sure what’s happening but I doubt it’s good. Doctors appointment later today. My heart is already broken I just know what their gunna say already. ðŸ˜ðŸ’”
