33 weeks pregnant

Sorry if this is TMI but I was in the shower and washing my legs with a washcloth, when I felt a contraction that didn't last long, but then something happened where I suddenly felt a gush of liquid come out of me. I looked and tried to smell it but it was odorless and colorless. Is it possible it was just urine or is it my water breaking? I'm 33 weeks along with my first. Any thoughts? I dont want to worry too much since it wasn't too big of a gush but enough to be suspicious
