Did I already ovulate?
So I typically ovulate on CD 17 or 18. I was told I had low progesterone so I’m suppose to start cream after ovulation. I was going to start testing opk today, which was negative. But my temperature is rising and FF says I ovulated on CD 11 (super early for me). We did travel Friday night, but I temp orally and within the same hour typically. Any thoughts? If I ovulated already, should I start the progesterone cream? Thanks for your input!
