OPK cycle day
Does anyone know why it’s important to start OPK testing on a specific cycle day? I had a short period and should’ve started testing on Monday, but didn’t have any in the house. Theyve arrived today, so I ’ll be two days late starting testing.
Not sure whether to not bother this month with them - they’re so expensive I don’t want to waste them!
