Change in Pressure back to front

Baby has been putting pressure on my butt for weeks now, to the point I got a hemorrhoid without even doing anything to get one, it was just the pressure that caused it. Anyway, I was laying in bed, baby was still, and I all of a sudden felt the pressure move away from my backside to my front now. It was a relieving feeling but now he is more forward to the front and Idk what this means? Is he getting ready to come out lol btw 2nd pregnancy, 37 weeks, and baby has been head down and in the optimal position for several weeks now. Do you think maybe it was a contraction? Or what?
