7w2d and very few symptoms

This is my first baby and I’m 7w2d... I’m having some cramping which my dr said is normal as long as it’s not severe... weird part is I have very few symptoms other than being tired alll the time and a little nausea but no vomiting, boobs aren’t sore, nothing too out of the ordinary. Is this normal? First ultrasound is in 9 days and I CAN NOT WAIT! I think once I see baby and hear the heartbeat my anxiety will go waaaay down. We tried for 18mo and I just want reassurance that this is really real 💜
