I'm fine with helping do dishes, I always try to help clean up when I've had dinner at someone's home. But, I draw the line at washing up a mess like this, especially when I wasn't involved in making that mess. I come from a family of six and we never made such a mess like this at any meal and would never leave our kitchen in this state. Mostly because my mum and I both have OCD and both of our OCD manifests as obsessive cleaning/ordering things. I couldn't deal with that and not freak out at some point due to the probable mold growing on some of those plates. 
Besides, the day my boyfriend's mother cooks for me will be the day Hell freezes over.

Yes because it’s nice since she’s cooking and is also some ploy to talk to you more. I would ask my boyfriend to help too though so he can help steer the conversation and make the washing go faster.

If she cooked, why can’t you pitch in to help? I don’t think it’s fair for everything to only be done by one person. Especially if they asked nicely. But regardless, I try to help without being asked.

Yes because she cooks 100 course meals that could be served in a restaurant and I’m probably drink a bottle or two of her expensive wine.

I would help wash them but I would make sure that dishwasher is unloaded. I would rinse everything and put it all in the dishwasher (except pots and pans, I don’t even do that with my dishes). However, I would get my boyfriend to help me.
