Important question!! Did My water break?

I got up from sleep to go pee and when I got to the toilet a big gush came out and I though wow I really had to pee. Then I see I'm dripping blood and still wet down there. I come back to my room where I see wetness and blood on the bed. I'm having slight leakage that I can't stop and slight bleeding. Did my water break? I never thought I would be the person to ask this question but I really have no clue. FTM 39 weeks and 4 days pregnant.
