Bumps😩

So I've had bumps pop up down there every once and a while due to shaving but I've had this one bump for at least 2 months now. it popped about an hour ago and it was leaking blood. I took a shower and it has stopped bleeding but I'm a little worried. I'm still a virgin so I'm not worried about any STDs but I'm a little scared that it could be something worse. has anyone else had this issue????
