Dark inner thighs

It’s really embarrassing and it’s ruining my sex life ive been married 6 years and I can’t have sex with the light on or let my husband see my Cuca because my thighs look disgusting, I mean I had a baby and he saw but it’s just so embarrassing I’ve had it ever since I was a little girl and it seems to of gotten worse, I scrub everyday and it will never go away, I bought it up to my doctor one time before I had my Pap smear and warned her that I had dark thighs hoping she would like give me advice on what to do and she didn’t even say anything she was just like oh ok and then continued to perform my Pap smear, does anyone have any nonjudgmental advice??? Like I said it’s not because I’m dirty or anything it’s just seriously will never go away 😭😭 I can’t even wear shorts or a bathing suit
