Symptoms. Please help.

So im sitting in ER.

Ive had swollen/sore tonsils since sunday, a non stop headache since Monday, started feeling 1000 times worse tuesday, just really nauseous, headaches & feeling off, just that whole "i don't feel right".. bad instincts.

Then today - wednesday, over the course of the day i just progressively got worse. Sore back. Sore neck. Now its stiff. Hurts to turn left or right or move up and down. Eyes burn.

No fever though. Just all these horrible symptoms. And of course ive googled it and it says meningitis. I seen my grandpa a week ago, who has just been diagnosed with cryptococcal meningitis.. So naturally - im freakin out!!

Anyone had similar symptoms and it turned out to be something super simple? Anything to easy my frantic mind atm?! Thank you x
