Postpartum bleeding with Paragard

Ladies!!!

I’m 7 weeks post partum and still bleeding 😑

I swear it’s my period! I’m bloated, and blood is bright red. I got the Paragard IUD inserted the day I gave birth.

But I swear post partum bleeding is done.. after 5 weeks it stopped for like 6 days, wasn’t wearing pads at all. Then all of a sudden it started again, mildly, but bright red blood. Two weeks later here I am and it’s still occurring.

Anyone experiencing this??

Oh and I’m exclusively breastfeeding my daughter, so I’m so confused
