AM I DYING SLOWLY😩????

I had sex Monday and Wednesday, we used protection. But now it’s a new week and when I pee it burns just a little bit. I don’t know what’s going on and I don’t wanna google it because i know that’s just gonna make me paranoid. I’m kinda scared , I don’t want it to be a STI because I’m gonna feel so dirty 😩. And also I’m starting to bleed and the blood is really bright red! Lol and to add on , I wear tampons and I use feminine wash , I was reading on here that might be the problem. I really need help figuring this out😭.
