10 lbs in one month!!
28 weeks and 3 days. Last month I was placed on sick leave. No work and rec rest with feet up for the most part. Up to this point I have gained weight but not in significant increments. And this month out of no where I’m 10 lbs up! I eat well but I’m no saint I like to indulge here or there. This seems insane! Am I the only one?!
