Charley Horse Hell ðŸ˜
Does anyone else suffer from regular charley horses? I literally cannot stretch my legs at all without getting severe cramping in my calves... I regularly wake up in a lot of pain because I stretch out in my sleep. It hurts so bad and it leaves my legs so sore....
