Same day abortion pills

Hey gals!

I’m booked for an appointment soon to take the pills for termination of the child. Although I don’t have time to take the two pills in two separate days, so the doctors advised I take them on the same day. Did some research and apparently it’s not as effective and there’s a higher risk of other gunk?

Any experiences?
