Venting to God

How do you vent to God ? In doing so I'm completely honest about everything. Even the things I shouldn't think or feel I tell him about. I think if I hold back it wouldn't make sense because he already knows what I feel but I'm wondering if there are boundaries with this? Or should I remain completely honest?
