What to pack for the hospital?

What do we need to pack for ourselves and for the baby for the hospital and when should you have the bag ready?

I probably won’t pack a bag for awhile, maybe 36 weeks or so.
I wouldn’t pack a lot. The hospital will give you all the things you need for the baby so all you need is the coming home outfit. 
The hospital will also give you all the things you need for yourself. I’d pass on bringing cute pjs and all that. You’ll be bleeding A LOT and don’t want to mess up your cute jammies. The hospital even gives you disposal panties which was great because you can just throw it all away instead of trying to change the pad, etc. 
So...clothes for you, the baby and your partner if they’re staying the night. Phone chargers, toothbrush and maybe some house shoes if you don’t like walking around barefoot.

i always pack about 35 weeks but i make sure i have all i need by 32 weeksu will need- Ur personal hygiene items such as tooth brush, deodorant, ur own soap & lotion if u dont want to use the hospitals, comb, brush, lip gloss, slippers, gown, ur going home outfit (usually something comfortable) and a bra (nursing) if u plan breastfeeding. ur phone charger something to read (if u like to read), camera (optional), snacks. For baby-Onsies, sleeper, going home outfit, blanket, recieving blanket, burping cloth, hat, car seat. The hospital will provide pads, disposable undies for u and towels, and diapers and wipes for baby.

I usually do it about 34 weeks... And juatg the basics really .. speakers,vests, cardigan, hat, nappies wipes, fresh cloths and pjs, loads of knickers, pads, ect xxx
