Eye shadow palette shattered 😩

I just received a package of my new makeup and went straight to open it. When I was checking out my last product a 12 eye shadow palette IT FELL OFF MY HANDS 😫😫😫

I lost most of it, every color got mixed so I couldn’t save much. And I’m too honest to just send an email to the company saying it arrived like that 😇

But oh well, just needed to rant
