Help my boobs are killing me

My boobs have been hurting since before my period and after my period and now that I’m ovulating they hurt even worse then they did. I took a pregnancy a week or so ago because my period was lighter than usually (still 7 days long) does anyone have an idea what this could be? My side boobs are killing me 😭
