I JUST DON'T GET IT!! ***update***

I'm literally losing my mind... I take my temps at the same time EVERY morning. Sometimes I'm up 800 times in the night and my temps are constant. The last two nights were the same but now my temps are all over. Yesterday I woke up with the worst cramps thinking AF was showing up, so I got ready for her. She still hasn't showed... Then this happened this morning!!!

I've been reading and researching about taking temps, charting, and testing. I feel like i know LESS than I did BEFORE i started... I literally broke down this morning. What's wrong with me???

I had some light pink spotting. Only when I wiped and nothing on my pad. Then later when i went again nothing... Hoping this isn't AF
