Lol! Almost puked! I’ve been loosing huge chunks for the last 3 days as well. I’ve been using evening primerose oil to soften my cervix and when I went to go insert one my hand got stopped by my plug 😷😷😷 so gross!! L

Yes that’s probably it. That’s what mine looked like. You may have more that comes out that could be anywhere from a little pink to full on brown like the end of a menstrual cycle.
