Late BFPs? I just want answers.

Question

I will be a week late tomorrow. All negative pregnancy tests and my temperature has a mind of its own... I have never been this late in my life as I'm very regular with a 27 days cycle. Ovulation confirmed with ferning and temping. 
Doctor didn't seam too concerned about my temps and said that pregnancy was still possible. She also wasn't concerned about the spotting I experienced for 7 days starting at 9dpo.
She said if my period doesn't start by Tuesday, they will do some blood work.
Idk what to think sometimes I'm like "definitely pregnant" other times I think "nope, you would have gotten a BFP by now"
Anyone have a late BFP (19 dpo +)?

Going off temps alone, I don’t think that bfp is likely ☹️ But, I will keep my fingers crossed for you that you get an answer one way or the other soon! Some doctors don’t know much about bbt, so they dismiss it, even though it’s relatively accurate and provides really important data 😕

I agree with Alex.
Those 7 days of spotting might actually have been your period. If that were the case and you started AF at 9 dpo, you may want to look into a luteal phase defect. I don’t want to worry you or put extra thoughts into your head about what might be going on, but I could explain why you only had spotting vs a normal flow. Fingers crossed we are wrong and your blood work confirms pregnancy though!!

UPDATE: so I think I might have gotten a super faint positive on Monday, but I'm not counting it since it's not clear. Doctor put in the blood test paper work so I can go in any time next week. I'm testing again tomorrow at 2 weeks late. I stopped temping a few days ago. I'll start again if my period shows.

Just an update.
I am convinced there is something wrong with my usual thermometer.
This morning it registered a temp of 97.33 (same temp as the lowest temps post o)
My new thermometer registered 97.86 (above the cover line again)
I got up for the day and 30/40 minutes later I took my temp again to test it. My usual temp measured the same temp at 97.33. Which doesn't make sense since it should have gone up bc I was moving around and talking. My new thermometer went up as it should have 98.50.
I'll be temping with the new thermometer from now on I think. I'll just make a note in FF that I switched. Don't know if I should discard the previous temps though???

I tried two of my thermometers this morning.
My usual one read 97.73
My new one read 97.90
So my usual thermometer put me back at the exact same number as the last two temps above the coverline.
For the last 7 days my usual thermometer has only given me three different numbers 97.73, 97.60 & 97.33.
This thermometer was bought in 2011 and still has the original battery, could this be an issue? It doesn't seem like the battery is low. It's just weird that it's almost a repeating pattern
