Laparoscopic surgery

I just got out of my laparoscopic surgery. Good news is my tubes are clear! Bad news is I have pretty bad endometriosis and I guess I have a pretty serious back flow. 🤷‍♀️ I guess when I have my period instead of it all coming out some of it goes back up my tubes and leaks into my abdominal cavity. So I had a lot of endometrium just sitting in my abdominal cavity. And there is something “weird “ on my colon she’s not quite sure what it is. She was unable to cauterize anything though with the way it was. So it was a pretty useless surgery since it was going in to try and clean it up to help with the pain. I’ll ask a lot more questions at my post op appointment. Hopefully we can figure out the next steps to try and get pregnant.
