I am 39 weeks trying to avoid getting induced. Any tips on how to naturally Induce??
How to do nipple stimulation correctly??
Anything anyone has tried that works??

I saw castor oil was recommended. Please, for the love of all, do NOT try castor oil. It is so dangerous.

I will be 39 weeks on Sunday and my OB wants to do a membrane sweep at my visit on Tuesday to hopefully jump start labor if I don’t go before then. 
I have been walking and using my exercise ball like it’s my best friend the last few days.

my doctor said that nipple stimulation and sex are the only methods that are proven to work. stimulate one breast at a time for 15 mins then break before doing the other. do this 3 times a day!

Pump, Sex, ride in a car that has a bomb stereo with the bass as high as it goes, do stairs, get a foot rub, over eat, castor oil.
