Anyone who breast feeds only nurse on one breast and only pump on another? Would that work?

When I nurse on one breast I also pump the other at the same time and then store that milk,after she is done nursing I also pump to empty the one she nursed on. Then the next session I rotate breasts. Both get nurses from and pumped

Sometimes if I come home from work and my daughter needs to eat I'll feed her on just 1 breast so I can pump the other more easily and then I'll pump to completely empty the breast she nursed on. I wouldn't see why this wouldn't work as well as you rotated your breasts. Ex breast feed from right one feeding and pump from left then on the next feeding pump from right and nurse on left.

Pump is not as effective as baby so definitely nurse on both sides and just pump both afterwards.

Supply is going to drop much lower on the exclusively pumped side. Baby nursing helps supply so much better than pumping.
